This deck is used during new hire orientation to introduce everyone to the company's ideal buyer profile. Please note this deck is much longer than I would usually recommend for an in-person session because we frequently customize which slides are used ad-hoc based on needs.

A Claude-powered scavenger hunt scoring tool that allowed participants to submit videos, screenshots, and traditional question answers for grading. (Screenshot only)

An interactive VILT session for customer service managers to practice coaching to a new credits-based pricing model.

This e-Learning is part of a much larger end-to-end design project that consisted of two e-learnings, two AI roleplays where managers interviewed virtual candidates, and a final exam in which they made a "hiring decision" between the two AI roleplays. You can view the full project document here.
